Terms of Use (EULA)

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions

Driveprint Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The price shown at the time of purchase applies. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App. The free tier includes a limited number of recorded drives; Pro unlocks unlimited tracking, full statistics and history.

3. Safety — drive responsibly (important)

Driveprint records drives automatically in the background; you do not need to touch your phone while driving. By using the App you agree to:

• Obey all traffic laws and posted speed limits at all times.
• Never hold, view or interact with your phone while driving. Use a proper mount and set up before you drive.
• Not use the App to race, speed, or engage in any illegal or dangerous road behavior. Drive Tracker does not condone or encourage such behavior.
• Take full responsibility for your own driving. You, not the App, are responsible for your conduct on the road.

4. No guarantee of accuracy

Driveprint relies on your device's GPS and sensors. Location, speed, distance and telemetry are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The data is for personal, informational use only and must not be relied upon as an official record, for legal or insurance purposes, or to dispute traffic citations.

5. Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully and for your own personal use. Do not misuse other users' information shown on leaderboards or in friend features, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glyde Games Oyun ve Yazılım Anonim Şirketi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any accident, injury, traffic violation, or loss arising from your driving or from decisions you make based on the App's data.

7. Changes & termination

We may update the App and these Terms, and may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
